Lee Kronenberg
Gym owner, Skagit Valley Health & Fitness Technician Certificate, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Functional Fitness, Sports Performance & Youth Fitness Specialist, Senior Fitness Instructor
Lee has been a proud local of Whidbey Island since 1993. Originally born in Fallon, Nevada, the Navy brought him and his family to Oak Harbor when he was just four years old. He would eventually graduate from Oak Harbor High School and pursue his dream of impacting his community in a positive manner. Always competing in sports as a youth (especially basketball), Lee developed a love for pick up games, has played in minor rec leagues in Seattle, and developed a niche to improve health, strength and grow as a motivator by making the gym his second home. An honors graduate student through Skagit Valley College's Health & Fitness program, and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on Corrective Training, Athletic Performance, and Senior Fitness makes for a well rounded balance towards his client's goals no matter the age or fitness level. A part time rehab tech at Oak Harbor Physical Therapy, Lee loves being around people and helping others improve. When not at The Studio or at OHPT, you can find Lee running around town, hiking trails in search for breathtaking views, enjoying cheat meals, or on the basketball court working on his jumpshot.
Steph Wagoner
ACTION Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness, ISSA Certified Nutrition, Enhance Fitness Senior Instructor, Women Hormone & Inflammation Specialist
Steph is a Washington native who has taken her passion for health and fitness and made it her career. She grew up in Sedro-Woolley where she met her highschool sweetheart, track and field teammate and now husband. After high school, she studied animal medicine and worked as a Veterinary Technician for five wonderful years. The navy moved her and her husband around the country where she decided to make a career change and focus on her fitness background. She began working as a personal training sales rep at a large gym chain in Texas, propelling her into the training realm. She became a certified trainer and class instructor! She was promoted to Fitness Director and was able to lead an amazing training team in addition to working with her clients. Now she’s back in WA and excited to bring her passion for health and fitness to the residents of Oak Harbor. Steph’s ultimate goal is to better people’s lives through building strength and sustainable, healthy lifestyles. In addition to being a certified trainer, she is a ISSA certified Nutritionist and Group Fitness instructor. When not training, she loves hiking, trail running, and quality time with her husband and Labrador Retriever.
Lindsay Gippe

Originally from Virginia Beach, VA, Lindsay grew up active playing multiple sports and committed to play D1 Field Hockey for James Madison University. During Lindsay’s four years as a student-athlete she took a passion to strength and conditioning and group fitness. She received her first personal training and spinning certifications while in college. After college she transitioned into working as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and sports performance coach in a small box gym and at a yacht club. She has a passion for teaching middle and high school strength and conditioning and youth sports performance training. Lindsay and her spouse PCS’d here in April 2022 and also works for the US Navy as a Fitness Specialist training our sailors. As a trainer, she wants her clients to feel educated and successful on their fitness journey. Her goal is to build her clients, not break them. Her greatest strength is her work ethic. No matter what task is at hand, we now that Lindsay will strive to perform to the best of her ability. Lindsay believes that in order to grow you may need to step out of your comfort zone and that everything truly happens for a reason. When not training and working with her clients Lindsay can be found creating and selling handmade jewelry for her small business, trail running, going to hot yoga and exploring all that Washington state has to offer. One fun fact about Lindsay is that she has a twin sister and they played field hockey together in college.
Joe Schneller
NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Golf Fitness Specialist, Integrated Reactive Training
Joe was born in Massachusetts and raised in south Florida. He grew up playing many sports, trying everything from football to surfing. If he wasn’t working, you could find him riding his longboard to the beach with a Publix sub in his bag. While attending his junior year at the University of Central Florida, Joe put a pause on his academic career to join the United States Navy. He served 7 ½ years as an engine mechanic, all of which based out of Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. Joe has an Olympic Weightlifting background and coached CrossFit for a local gym here on Whidbey. He is constantly looking for new ways to expand his knowledge and experience within the realm of fitness, which is what lead him to a Certified Personal Trainers license through NASM. Joe is passionate about providing a safe and welcoming environment for all levels of athletes to explore, play, and train. Building relationships and watching his athletes grow in confidence and ability is what makes it all worthwhile. Outside of training clients, he is working within the community as a residential electrician. His hobbies include finding new music to jam to, reading, hiking, playing cards, paddle boarding, traveling, and working on his pickleball skills.
