What Is Assisted Stretching

Assisted stretching means being stretched by someone or using something to assist in stretching your stretching.

This allows for a deeper stretch than you can achieve on your own. The focus can be a general stretch or focus on specific areas of tightness.

What To Expect During Your Session

To create your customized stretch experience, Coach Brit will spend the first part of your session discussing your goals, evaluating what type of stretch will help you, and guiding you through the session itself.

Each custom-tailored session will be for 45 minutes.
